brussels sprouts
washed, trimmed, and quartered

tablespoons
vegetable oil

salt or seasoned salt
Instructions
Air Fryer Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
Place the brussels sprouts in a bowl. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss to coat. Season with salt or seasoned salt.
Place the brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
When the brussels sprouts are tender, raise the temperature to 400°F and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
Conventional Oven Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Place the brussels sprouts in a bowl. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss to coat. Season with salt or seasoned salt.
Add just enough oil to a baking sheet to make a very thin layer in the pan. Place brussels sprouts cut side down.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the brussels sprouts are tender and brown.
